Xtract2AI is a cloud-based platform that converts SCORM packages into clean, structured formats like JSON, CSV, and Text. This makes legacy training content usable for AI assistants, enterprise search, dashboards, and LMS reporting.

It’s designed for training teams, L&D leaders and learning ops managers who want to unlock and repurpose SCORM course libraries without manual work.

LMSs can run SCORM, but they don’t make the content searchable, analyzable, or AI-ready. Xtract2AI extracts the raw knowledge for reuse in AI, compliance, analytics, and migration projects.

Currently, SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages in ZIP format (≤ 500MB). Future versions will support xAPI, cmi5, and AICC.

The Repository Bulk Upload allows you to upload multiple SCORM packages at once instead of uploading them individually.
It’s designed for teams or organizations that want to migrate or analyze a large number of SCORM courses quickly and efficiently.

After logging into your Xtract2AI dashboard, go to Repository Management in the left navigation menu. Configure your repository based on your requirements.

You can upload SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 compliant ZIP files. All uploads are validated automatically before extraction begins.

• Go to Repository Management.
• Configure your repo (GCP, blob, S3)
• Now go to Batch Management, create a batch.
• Select multiple SCORM ZIP files or drag them into the upload area.
• Each file is validated, queued, and processed one by one.
• You can monitor progress and view the extraction results in the Batch Management.
• After extraction, the JSON/CSV/Text can be download.

Yes. Uploads run in the background, and you can continue to use other sections of the platform (like viewing previous extractions or managing subscriptions).

If a file fails validation or extraction, you’ll see an error status next to that file in the Courses.
You can fix the issue (e.g., invalid ZIP structure or large file size) and re-upload only the failed file.

No, Bulk upload is available for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

You can register directly from the Xtract2AI microsite by clicking Sign Up.

After you submit your registration form:

• A verification email is sent to your registered email address.
• Click on the activation link to verify your account.
• You’ll be redirected to the password setup page.
• Once your password is set, your account is activated instantly.

As soon as your registration is complete and your account is verified, the 14-day Trial Plan is automatically activated.
You don’t need to request or apply for it separately.

• Duration: 14 days from the activation date.
• Upload Limit: 1 SCORM package (max 256 MB, 0.5 media hours).
• Access: You can preview extracted content but cannot download or copy it.
• After 14 days, your trial expires and all upload/extraction functionality is disabled.

After your 14-day trial expires:

• You cannot upload new SCORM files.
• You cannot access extraction or preview functionality.
• You can still access the Subscription Page to choose and purchase a paid plan.

• Go to Subscriptions → Purchase Plans from your dashboard.
• Compare available plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
• Select your desired plan and proceed to payment.
• Once payment is confirmed, your new plan activates immediately

Xtract2AI offers flexible plans based on your usage:

• 1 “media hour” = 1 hour of 1080p video or 5 hours of 128 kbps audio (or equivalent by file size/bitrate).
• Extra media usage is charged as “1 additional course per media hour” for all plans.
• For Pay per Use, this translates to paying for an additional course.
• For subscription plans, this reduces the available course quota.
