Xtract2AI is an AI-powered SCORM extraction platform that converts legacy SCORM eLearning packages into structured, machine-readable formats like JSON, CSV, and text. It enables organizations to make their learning content searchable, analyzable, and usable for AI agents and LMS migrations.

Account Registration

Access Registration Page

Visit the Xtract2AI microsite and click Sign Up.

Fill in Details

Email Verification

After submission, a verification email is sent to your registered email ID, and you need to click the activation link in the email to verify your account.

Password Confirmation

After verification, confirm your password to activate your account.

Trial Plan Activation

  • A 14-day trial plan is automatically activated upon registration if no other plan is purchased.
  • Trial users can:
    • Upload 1 SCORM package (Max 256MB, 0.5 media hours).
    • View extracted content in preview-only mode.
  • Users cannot download or copy extracted content during the trial.

Trial Notifications

You will receive reminder emails before expiry and on the expiry date.

After 14 days, your trial expires, and upload/extraction functions are disabled until you purchase a plan.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is divided into the following main sections:

Total Usage Metrics

Total Courses Processed

Total number of courses successfully analyzed by the system.

Storage Used

Amount of storage space currently utilized in your account.

Successful Extractions

Total count of files processed with successful content extraction.

Failed Extractions

Number of files where extraction was unsuccessful or incomplete.

Subscription Metrics

Course Uploads

Total courses uploaded to your repository for processing.

Total Storage Allocation

Overall storage capacity assigned to your account.

Media Duration Used

Total duration of uploaded audio and video content.

Subscription Valid Till

Date until your current subscription plan remains active.

Uploading Your First SCORM File

Upload Process

Navigate to Courses

Access the courses section from your dashboard.

Click Upload Course

Select the upload button to begin the process.

Select SCORM Package

Choose a valid SCORM .zip file from your computer.

Validation

System checks file size, format, and manifest automatically.

Extraction

Content extraction runs automatically after successful upload.

You can then view your extracted content on the Preview page.

Bulk Upload Using Repository

  • The Repository section allows you to upload multiple SCORM files in a single session.
  • You can drag and drop or select files manually.
  • Each upload is queued, extracted, and tracked in the Batch Dashboard.
  • Progress bars indicate upload and extraction status for every file.
  • Once complete, each file appears in your Extraction History.

This feature is ideal for teams migrating multiple SCORM courses or managing large content libraries.

Viewing Extracted Content

  • The preview screen displays course structure, titles, quizzes, and text.
  • Copy-paste and download are disabled in the trial version.
  • Paid users can export JSON, CSV, or text outputs.

API Management

Secure Access

Exposed secure, well-documented REST APIs to enable clients to directly upload and manage SCORM courses from their systems.

Webhook Integration

Implemented webhook support for real-time event notifications (e.g., upload completion, extraction status, or processing errors).

Monitoring and Logs

Enabled end-to-end monitoring and logging of API usage for transparency, debugging, and analytics.

Seamless Integration

Supported seamless integration with external systems and partner platforms to embed xTract2AI’s capabilities into their existing workflows.

Purchasing or Upgrading Your Subscription

Accessing the Subscription Module

  • Navigate to Subscriptions → Activate Plans.
  • View all available plans (Pay-per-Use, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) with their features and pricing.

Comparing and Selecting Plans

  • Compare upload quotas, storage, and media limits.
  • Click Select Plan to choose the one that fits your needs.

Activation

  • Once payment is successful, your new plan activates immediately.
  • Your dashboard and usage quotas update automatically.
  • A confirmation email is sent to your registered email ID.

Troubleshooting

Forgot Password

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen

Upload errors or bulk upload issues

Verify file format, size, and re-upload from Repository

Trial Expired

Go to Subscriptions to upgrade
